We are all quite aware of the tumultous season the Perth Real Estate Industry has just been through. Many of us have felt the bite of steep dropping prices, others have seen it as an oppertunity. But this hard rain is over, with prices expected to begin to climb again.
“Obviously values are still falling, but it is starting to flatten out,” Says CoreLogic RP Data “Our forecast shows that we still expect values to be slightly lower by the end of this year and then pick up a little bit into next year.”research analyst Cameron Kusher.
