My experience with Sovereign has been fantastic throughout the process. I cannot emphasis anymore how well understood we felt right from the word go. Andrew was the first person we met and he just received us so well. We had a non-conventional idea of how we wanted to build the houses and Andrew listened and understood exactly what we aspired. He drew and presented the plans we had in mind and articulated exactly what we had imagined.
Along the journey we met different people like Michael, Morgan, Tore, Cort and of course David, the Director of Sovereign Building Company, who individually served us at the highest level of professionalism. At the end of the day, when our home was completed we have felt so looked after, we feel like everyone has become family.
One of the things about Sovereign is that you get to meet the owner of the company and work together from the moment you go on site. Dave is an amazing builder. He has been so patient and kind to us. We feel so indebted with how good he has been to us.
I have heard so many stories from different people with their building journey that have been so negative and disappointing.
