Sales Team

• David Savietto (Director) takes an active interest in all sales & Client meetings.
• We are currently building the sales team to meet Client demands for both individual designs and concept home visits.

In House Design

• Full time Designer / Draftperson employed.
• Our Designer / Draftperson meets with clients once the contour survey has been obtained for the initial concept design stage and conducts meetings with clients until the full working drawings are complete ready for construction.
• Both two dimensional & three dimensional design plan facilities are available.
• Ability to design full energy efficient homes.

• Our council consultant will conduct an assessment of your project prior to submitting the Planning Approval application to ensure the approval process will run smoothly and efficiently.

• Our Designer / Draftperson will complete the energy efficiency compliance report required as part of the Building Licence application.

• We will organise the site classification & inspection report and the structural engineering documentation for your property which is required as part of the Building Licence application.

• Full time Prestart Consultant employed.
• Our Prestart Consultant meets with clients to assist in finalising all the selections required to build your home.
• If you are having trouble deciding or visualising, we have affiliations with interior & exterior design consultants including landscapers.
