You may have heard the name Sovereign Building Company around lately, so who are they, what are they about and where are they heading? Sovereign Building Company began in 2005 when brother and sister, David Savietto and Danielle Savietto-Parri teamed up in a small home office to create a forever expanding and successful residential building company. Their first project was a 4x2 storey town house development in Burswood which received Perth and Western Australian HIA awards.

Since then the company has developed in many ways. First, there was the big move from a home office in Como to a substantial office in Sangiorgio Court, Osborne Park.


With the larger office has come the addition of more employees including a Designer / Draftsperson, Prestart Consultant, Schedulers, Supervisors and Administration Employees.

The Scheduling Manager, Gianni Parri has 12 years experience in the building industry, including working as a Designer, Draftsperson and a Scheduler.

Together the Directors and the employees form a united family. However, the success doesn’t stop here. Currently we have two display homes, a single storey display in The Reef Estate Two Rocks and a double storey display in Bletchley Park Estate Southern River. Although Sovereign Building Company has decided to head down the display home avenue, this will not detract from our ability to design and construct all individually designed homes presented.

From the initial Client meeting, our Salesperson will present you with two versions of the display homes. These include the Basic Package or the As Displayed Package. However, if one of these packages does not suit and you don't want to start making changes through the much disliked variation system, then the team at Sovereign Building Company can design the ideal home for you.

No house too big or small will be a problem for Sovereign Building Company, as long as it’s meeting Client’s needs, wants and expectations.

Without Client satisfaction, the development of Sovereign Building Company would not have occurred. Our company now reflects reasonable prices, high quality products including many standard items normally considered upgrades, quick building times and the flexibility to design and build both individual designs and display homes. All of these attributes have contributed to continual Client referral, which in turn has led to the rapid expansion and has resulted in the necessity to obtain a larger office premise, still within the Osborne Park area.

The opening of the display homes will encompass special introductory offers to the first ten display homes sold. Details of this will be revealed closer to the display home opening dates. Sovereign Building Company has relied on overall hard work, word of mouth referrals, winning awards, Client service/satisfaction, reliable suppliers and subcontractors, quick building times and producing quality homes to make us the success we are today.
